Purchase one (1) piece of
any product for inspection, evaluation, and trial use. If
for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return it freight prepaid
to East-West Equipment within thirty (30) days of purchase, for
refund of purchase price (refund does not include cost of freight.)
Warranty
"All hydraulics have one (1) year
warranty."
"Imperial Model
PT-IP has two (2) year warranty on hydraulics."
Products sold by East-West Equipment
are warranted to be free of manufacturing defects in material or
workmanship for a period of six (6) months, (exception to this are any
product with hydraulic units; hydraulic units are warranted for a period
of one (1) year.)
East-West Equipment's obligation under
this warranty is limited to replacing any part in which under normal
conditions of use and service proves to be defective because of material
or workmanship. East-West Equipment shall not be responsible for
circumstances beyond its control, and this warranty shall not apply to
negligent handling, misapplication, or other misuse. East-West
Equipment is not responsible for cost of labor incurred for in diagnosis
of defects, removal, or reinstallation of any parts, nor does it cover
any other expenses.
